Friday at Godfrey Homestead
God is so good!! We got an unexpected check in the mail today that will ease our money sorrows!!! I know that we are not destined to be rich, but we are wealthy in love and family! Today has been another chilly one, and the sun is still not out. Today is payday, so I'll be going to the grocery store this evening and run some errands.

Add cookie mix and 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional); mix well, breaking up any clumps. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in preheated 375° F. oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
